What is the Pricing for WTB’s services?

We offer custom pricing models that are tailored to your company’s needs. Once we determine the amount of work needed to service your company, we can offer all-inclusive prices or a la carte.

Do you offer shipping discounts?

Of course. We ship over million dollars in small parcel and LTL shipping. Due to the amount of products we ship per year we pass along to all our customers the discounts we receive.

Do you have an Order accuracy guarantee?

Yes, we are confident that we will ship all orders with 99% accuracy overall. We wish we could say 100%, but we are human. That human touch that comes from having all of our order fulfillment done by a dedicated staff does mean the occasional mistake. In the event of an error we work quickly to make it right.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Yes, we offer this service for all of our customers, but it is dependent on the customer type. For B2B orders we guarantee orders to ship same day if we receive them by 10:30 AM. All B2C orders and expedited shipping is guaranteed until 3:00 PM.

Do you have a “no hidden fees” policy?

Yes, all charges will be discussed beforehand, and all projects will be quoted for approval.

Do you have an Inventory accuracy guarantee?

Yes, we are confident that we will have your inventory 99% accurate if you utilize our inventory management system. Again, we wish we could say 100%, but we are human. That human touch that comes from having all of our order fulfillment done by a dedicated staff does mean the occasional mistake. In the event of an error we work quickly to make it right.

Do you close on weekends?

Normally we are closed on weekends, but if a project or a large influx of orders come through, we will work to ensure that our guarantees are fulfilled throughout the week.

Do you close on all recognized holidays?

No, we only close for News Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Do clients have access to your facility for visits?

Of course, but we ask for clients to give notice at a minimum of 48 business hours in advance.

Do you offer storage insurance?

Yes, we insure all products in our facility and add any client that wants to be included.

How close are you to the major highways?

Connecticut location is 5 miles from I-84 and 17 miles from I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. South Carolina location is 5 miles to Interstate 26 and 10 miles to Interstate 526.
